One day she will be sitting in her officer reviewing the curriculum, the other day she will be speaking at an Education Summit, the next moment she will be engaging with students, the next day she will be full of new ideas, the next day she will be in Delhi for an event, the next moment she will be travelling to the remote districts of India to fid farewell to the 12th-grade students. While keeping up with all her commitments, one thing that distinguishes her is her ability to reinvent herself constantly. She catches on very fast. She trains herself, she is like a sponge, if she gets into something, in whatever time she has she educates herself. She has truly proven how one can create wonders with a strong commitment to learning so I always find a new Snehal Miss with new ideas every time I meet her which continues to inspire me.
Ultimately, the litmus test of a leader is to drive collaborative efforts to deliver remarkable results. In the digital age with incessant distractions, it becomes increasingly important to ensure productivity, Dr Snehal Pinto has the uncanny ability to lead people right from the Ryan Group’s senior management team, School heads, thousands of students to the class four staff, tap into their intrinsic motivation and bring out the best and most importantly she continues to lead us to work towards a cause beyond ourselves. Over the years one of the most important lessons I’ve learned from her is to stop my incessant monologue and pay attention to people deeper. Over, the years I’ve grown to appreciate Dr Snehal Pinto’s fluidity of mind and her powerful resilience She is truly flexible, she anticipates change and she embraces change. The eldest daughter of India’s formidable educationist she has come a long way with compassion and a spirit undaunted, she overcomes challenges, defeating impossible odds with an internal core of strength which is indestructible. In an age of ubiquitous multi-media with incessant distractions, Dr Snehal Pinto has emerged as a force to enable everyone to stay connected, faithful, purposeful and committed to a shared dream to empower every Ryanite. Someone who continues to demonstrate determination, diligence and duty, she concentrates the nucleus of her energy on her work and being a tireless champion for every Ryanite. She has carefully crafted a life of purpose and depth, she takes things head-on, never perturbed by change, she is inherently fluid and her strength of character unwavering in the times of challenges has always had a profound impact on me. She comes out unscathed, perfectly poised, through every road she has beautifully transversed.
